Rate my Meal!!

As I get older and more in sync with my body I realize just how bad even one junky meal makes my body feel.
I want to feel GREAT all the time even if it means eating bland (doesn't have to be bland as AHF knows).
My treat meal and I do have this every time I work out is sushi because I love how it tastes and I feel great after eating it.

couldn't agree more with this lately. If I eat rubbish food I literally feel crap for a minimum of 24 hours. granted I have stomach issues that enhance this issue but it is what it is.

Other night I had 2 pop tarts n felt crap all night and yesterday. couldn't sleep.

my diet is boring and bland 80% during the day but it makes me feel fantastic in terms of energy levels and bloat.

omelete(1 whole and 4 whites) with tin tuna in plus avocado

chicken with cup basmati rice

as above

intra workout EAA and carb powder
pwo - ground rice/baby rice with beef protein

chicken/occasionally salmon or beef with potato made into wedges

gluten free porridge plus beef protein and almond butter

oooh look at you being a proper bodybuilder an all PMSL

Im far from it lol, but its quick to prepare, tastes decent, will make me feel good and keep me healthy and isnt a pain in the arse to chew through like chicken or red meat over and over again
 
hmmmm heres mine. Simple and i find it easy to work with.

M1 - 500ml milk , 4 weetabix
M2 - 500ml milk , 4 weetabix
intra - 50g vitargo , 20g BCAA (workout day only)
M3 - 65g White rice, 100g home made turkey chilli
M4 - 65g White rice, 100g home made turkey chilli
M5 - either 200g Potato, meat 200g , veg , or 50g rice with turkey and stirfry sauce (sauce about 10g carb and no fat added)


Repetetive, but easy to make in bulk and seems to do the job :D

No protein? theres 50g , plus intra. Plenty imo.

4 weets, 500mil milk = 518 cals, 75C 11F 27P
 
Last meal was 2 chicken tikka breasts wrapped in a naan with salad and 2 tbsp mayo. Lovely.
 
Last meal was 500g of lamb mince made into a gorgeous shepherds pie with a mound of steamed veg.

I even made it myself:)

its just that's about 100g protein from mince there?
 
Grass fed minced beef, Brussel sprouts, carrots, kimchi (fermented veg from Japan), sourkrout.
