As I get older and more in sync with my body I realize just how bad even one junky meal makes my body feel.
I want to feel GREAT all the time even if it means eating bland (doesn't have to be bland as AHF knows).
My treat meal and I do have this every time I work out is sushi because I love how it tastes and I feel great after eating it.
couldn't agree more with this lately. If I eat rubbish food I literally feel crap for a minimum of 24 hours. granted I have stomach issues that enhance this issue but it is what it is.
Other night I had 2 pop tarts n felt crap all night and yesterday. couldn't sleep.
my diet is boring and bland 80% during the day but it makes me feel fantastic in terms of energy levels and bloat.
omelete(1 whole and 4 whites) with tin tuna in plus avocado
chicken with cup basmati rice
as above
intra workout EAA and carb powder
pwo - ground rice/baby rice with beef protein
chicken/occasionally salmon or beef with potato made into wedges
gluten free porridge plus beef protein and almond butter
