Hi everyone. I have a problem – I've been working out intensely for a year, resting, and eating right. However, I haven’t seen much progress in weight/muscle gain. I’ve been following all the common recommendations and have been quite disciplined. I couldn’t figure out what the issue was until I came across the fact that not everyone is genetically capable of gaining mass. Right now, I’m 170 cm tall and weigh 59 kg.

About a month ago, I learned about ZPHCUS growth hormones, but I'm really afraid of steroids and all that chemistry, even though I'm looking for results. Has anyone had experience with this? Please share your experience and any advice you might have – is it worth considering? From what I’ve read, the reviews are incredible, but I understand that they might not be genuine. I have never had any health problems
Thanks

Would probably be sensible to post your diet, training protocol and your idea of ‘training intensely’ before everyone tears you a new arsehole

Sounds like you need to focus on your nutrition. Try looking in to your calorie intake eat in 500 calorie surplus. Good clean calories. Remember to account for what you burn off during your day to day life as well as your training. Do this consistently for 16 to 20 weeks and you won’t need to pin yourself once.

Once you’ve mastered this, then look at PEDs and peptides. Get the basics right build a good foundation, then if you decide to progress in to enhancing yourself the results will be incredible.
