Hey all howyadoin? So I had to take some time off due to pain. Not the normal pain associated with sensible training. But Oh fuck something's not right here pain. Done a bunch of tests. Touch of spondylosis & prostate problems. Joints are okay no arthritis. So started training again about 2 months ago. It's going well. Deadlifts are my main mass builder using my Olympic bar. Doing dumbbell work only for the rest. Seated shoulder press, one arm rowing, seated curls, seated shrugs, dips, & dumbbell chest press. 3x2 minute rounds of calf work for warm up. imagine skipping but with a couple of 5 kg plates. Then 60kg 10 reps of Deadlift for warmup as well. I then superset the rest, up the deadlift to my bodyweight 90 kg (although I weigh about 92kg) For 5 reps then 100 kg for 3 reps for 3-4 sets. It's been going well. Pain has decreased to just a normal type of ache for the effort. Then 3 to 5 days rest as I don't want to fuck my body up again. I'll be popping in more often for updates. Thanks a bunch people
