The best protein pancakes!!

I've been experimenting with these for a while now and have to share it they are so good can't stop making them, healthy and nice:

What u will need:

6 egg whites 2 yolks
Half a cup of oats
2 scoops of chocolate protein powder (haven't tried other flavours)
2 banannas
Handfull of raisins (optional but sweetens loads)

Blend with electric blender or hand blender.
Spray frying pan with 1 cal oil, preheat to a medium to low heat.
Cook and enjoy :)

They sound good - I'll give them a go!!

Yeah they are so nice just make sure you dont heat the pan too hot also u can use a scoop of whey and water to make a sauce just add as much water to get the concistency u want then u can even top with strawberrys etc :)

I did a similar one using a recipe from hilly I think, just added bits

250ml egg whites, 1 egg
splash of skimmed milk
2 scoops of whey isolate
2 tbsp asda frozen summer fruits
1 banana

Thought about adding 25g of whole earth, could be tasty but I didn't...

Blend it all, add 30g sultanas then fry, half the liquid = 1 pancake

Good post workout treat

Yeah there is loads of similar recipes it was trial and error for me but recently got it perfect and there lush so gonna stick to it might even make some now lol :)
