I'm game :bounce:

1) overall tone up
2) visible abs
 
yer ill do it, keep me motivated

1. loose bf (abs out:rolleyes:)
2. increase all over muscle mass espcailly arms/shoulders
 
Sam's goals

0. Finally shake off the lower back fat.
1. Increase arm size by 0.5"
2. Squat 150kgs for reps
3. Front squat 85kgs
4. Increase overall muscle mass whilst slightly decreasing bf levels.

Probably far too lofty goals in the time frame available however better to shoot for the stars than aim too low :)
 
That's some bench :)

tbh not really fussed about bf lost :lol:, just want to finally hit this, should have had it before xmas but injuries got in the way!

Can I upload pics between 29th may and 2nd of June please

Will lose 3 - 4 weeks of comp, but have holiday, resting, chilling no training from 11th may to dates stated

I will be doing in shorter time so cannot see an issue??
 
My goals

1) finally bench 150kg with a slight pause
2)Increase bicep and delt size
3) Try gain half inch on my legs especially quads (this is all dependant on the state of my knee replacement)
4) Lose body fat.

This looks good, my goals:-

1) reduce waistline
2) increase arms by 0.5"
3) increase shoulder strength
 
Revised goal:
My target is to out condition my younger brother when he comes over to visit in August.
Currently our bf levels are very similar and muscle mass is also similar so it should be a good contest.
Hip and subscap mm readings will be how we determine the winner.

Whats the goal mate?

Abs. And prob bring lats up. Im away on the 14th of May tho so will be missing out on two weeks. Gives you a head start :P
