Finally getting back into the swing of squatting again! Had a bit of a rubbish year in 2014 and spun my wheels a bit, bicep tendonitis held me back until I finally decided to ditch low bar and ta da! the pain has gone.
215 felt slow and a grind so I nearly didnt attempt 220. But id also not hyped myself up prelift so took a good hit of ammonia and went for it
