They offered me 2 years salary if I agreed to part company with them once it was clear I wouldn’t be able to do full duties again. As you can imagine being on the railway some of the equipment is heavy AF.
I wasn’t overly happy with it as I was nowhere near retirement age but I was told given the circumstances if it went to court it could drag on for a very long time
