It’s going to very hard to visually determine because you don’t appear to have any degree of muscle mass other than your baseline level. If you want a 6 pack, start going to the gym and training using a push pull legs routine. Don’t eat like a pig and you’ll have a six pack pack in 6 months. Also throw in some Hiit in there as well, choose something you like, for example sprinting and do 3 hours of that a week. There’s no short cuts to looking good.
