What Have We Eaten Today

Got a feeling this Christmas I’ll just eat shite and somehow justify it. I notice Starbucks are doing a turkey sandwich with a gravy layer of bread in between. The old friends moist maker.

couple of small easy peeler oranges
pack of 3 small snickers
chicken with gravy (left overs from night before)
4 finger kit kat
big bag of hula hoops
chicken & Peppers in wraps for tea
 
Rest day today so lower cals and cleaner diet

1: 2 toast with PB, 60g whey
2: 250g chicken breast, pack noodles

To come

3: 125g chicken breast, pasta pot
4: 250g chicken breast, pack noodles
5: Vegan protein bar
6: 2 toast with PB, 60g whey

Phaggotry. Hopefully allow me to keep the fat off whilst gaining some muscle now I’m back on cycle

Gone off Porridge for some reason, can't bring myself to make some so just had x 2 toast with marmite.

Protein shake

Three wraps as always, spinage and smoked ham/turkey breast Apple and two easy peelers.

Bowl of chilli and 2/3 pack of microwave rice.

Southern fried chicken strips and fries

Almost a whole tube of pringles (Tony la come at me)

Anyone else have wraps? I find them so filling and so quick to make

Stuck to this eating pattern religiously for a good few weeks now - yesterday’s intake 4 times a week on training days and today’s intake on non training days and the fat is falling off.

Roll on January when I’ll crank things up significantly for a proper blast.
Nice diet, how heavy are you? My cals are a bit lower than yours atm but protein a little higher..
