Nice diet, how heavy are you? My cals are a bit lower than yours atm but protein a little higher..Stuck to this eating pattern religiously for a good few weeks now - yesterday’s intake 4 times a week on training days and today’s intake on non training days and the fat is falling off.
Roll on January when I’ll crank things up significantly for a proper blast.
