Which Supplement To use Around Workouts

What supplements are you taking or have found useful pre/ during and post workout??
 
so be it for example
pre - no xplode
intra - excel by BBW
post - pro recover
 
BCAA's, vitargo, whey isolate, vitamin c, EAA, electrolite powder and some others i cant think of right now.
 
Alri Chain'd out pre and post, Kr-evolution pre and post and food, usually a chicken breast sandwich when i finish. At the moment i do not use any protein shakes.
 
What I take kind of varies but EAAs pre workout is my main staple thing to take. Soemtimes add some fast carbs, and occasionally glutamine, creatine, beta alanine, BCAAs, some minerals, and electrolytes.
 
Pre: 2 scoops Vmax Pump
During: powerade zero or just water
Post: 2 scoops of Recovery 2:1
 
Pre - can of Diet Coke and a Mars bar.
During - water
Post - whey shake.
 
Meal 1/2hrs before.

PRE
ASGT/8g l-leucine/8g BCAA/3g Taurine/2g DL Phenylalanine/2g Glycerol

INTRA 8g L-Leucine/16g BCAA/3g Taurine/2g Glycerol

POST
Hurricane XS/Bed Time Extreme combo + 8g BCAA/ 2g DL Phenylalanine
and 1 piece of fruit and a snickers depending on how I feel.
 
1hour pre- Anadraulic state Gt
30mins pre- jack3d
During- mountain dew, water
Post- whey, bcaa,wms
 
Aye that jack3d is good, certainly notice it in the gym. Not keen on the feeling after tho, body is tired but your head still flying - isnt so good.
 
Pre workout: 3scoops humapro, 3 scoops chained out, 75g vitargo

Intra: 2 scoops chained out+dextrose then humapro tabs between sets

Post: same as pre
 
Extreme Build and Recover and Whey concentrated, other times kre-alkyne, glutamine, bcca, fish oil and multi vits
 
I had Scivation Xtend for a while; that was good, a lot of energy in the gym.

At the moment I have Animal M-Pack - seems to be working well.

Though to be honest a standard caffeine pill / black coffee does the same lol
 
i have a shake that consist of 30g pepto pro, 60g wms/dex mix, 5g beta a, 5g bcaa, 10g glutamine,5g taurine.

drink half pre and refil then sip during training.

pwo is 30g egg protein and 70g gluten free cereal with rice milk.

total 70p/120c

I am thinking of giving this a go, is it expensive stuff ?
