I use the diaz to help me at a cut off point for the reccies. Find they help me otherwise I go til i drop. (Ask rmk I sent him some a very detailed sketch of where I collapsed one night through exhaustion - a stick man with my legs in the bathroom and my head tilted up on the door outside).

Trazadone were great for a while but took 4 once and slept a whole day. Then the nightmares started on them and they get bloody graphic.

Used to love zops but the metallic taste was too much for me.
