advice on diet plan

Eat every 2-3hours mate even if its just a protein shake/nut snack ,you wont be going catabolic.
 
You wont have to worry about catabolism at this stage mate, as Long as you keep lifting heavy and get enough protein in. 350g is a good start point.
 
if im having a protein shake how many grams of fats do people have or does it depend on your size.
 
Do you mean what should your daily fat intake be mate? if so then put it simply dont go overboard as your are trying to lose fat ,decent fats ,nuts,nut butters ,oily fish,olive oil ,eggs etc.
 
Can you be more specific mate? if you follow the diet you outlined with some of the edits I made + a good daily CV routine once your physio is done you will get results ,in a nutshell ,keep protein high ,keep carbs low on none atall depending on your tolerence and keep healthy-fats [EFA'S] consumed in right amounts but with moderation.


If you wish to throw PEDs into the mix please cement your diet /CV/ weights routine before adding drugs .no amount of PEDs will make up a shortcoming in the basics 1st ,eat under maintence and the fat will melt away regardless of PEDS in the time frame you have.

Theres hardly any fat in a decent protein shake itself but if you mean how many along side it ,that depends when you are having it ? you could blend some whey with 25g of nut butter or eat nuts or buy some powdered flax etc?
