Core Strength Test

15 x Overhead squats and Bodyweight.

I've heard that this was the ultimate test of core strength. I have done many an OHS in my time but I'm shockingly bad at them but would put it down more to mobility rather than core.

Does require immense core strength, abs and back. Thoracic spine mobility and shoulder mobility is an issue for me.

Anyone tried this??
