Well pleased on deadlifts only 3rd session on them and they will stay on back session at 5 reps, no ego lifts this week


Want to build up so I end up getting the 200kg for 5 etc, then so, I get strong thru my mind if that makes sense I could pull it but maybe my back to, so best build up slowly so strength is there to stay


I noticed on bench as I jump in high increments I lose strength easy on bench TBH but gain it back quick so will progress at slower rate
 
Couple pics 30 mins after training , sweat on bottom and the thick stain is hand gel which shot on me when washing liquid chalk off LOL

Hi guys, entering the TM muscle gain comp and maybe the MT SUC, I am bulking anyway so cant see the harm

Well Posing is bloody hard, I was sweating, shaky, breathing heavy and not really happy with the PICS especially sides turn arrrh


Better practise more TBH

Right biceps were crap tried using EZ bar and wrist cant handle them still even light, as old injury there need to evalute Bicep training, never really hit them hard as always beleived bigger lifts and few exercises at end would do it, time for VOLUME on arms as cant go to heavy to due wirst and forearm bone pain

1 reps are not range I go for normally on anything, but It was super hot in gym and more reps was killing me so went for a PB and got them easy TBH
