Went doctors was given omeprazole for acid


Sent for stool samples


Full bloods for fasting glucose, Thyroid, cholesterol, Liver, kidneys,


Also Haematis bloods and screening for coelic disease

Well went out yesturday had a couple of beers, just in case I am gluten intolerent, so I wont be able to do that no more LOL


Had an indian for a friends Bday, instant bloat as soon as I ate the food, just had the chicken, naan and couldnt eat the rice, had tap water with ice as a drink


DOnt wanna eat now at all, as when I do I get silly bloat and have felt so lethargic all week due to lack of nutrients and food.


Only good thing was hitting PBs in the week :)


I should just cut and stay lean while stomach and appetite bad LOL, hopefully bloods and stool sample will find out whats wrong as this is doing my nut in

Well I started last week mate, but depending on bloods may come off mate for a period.


Most PBs come in cruise TBH, strength went thru the roof in cruise

Well will find out by end of the week after bloods 2mor, dont get me wrong I dont want to, but if needs must I will mate


Mentally I will not worry about size loss etc and just get health better if its needed, as still plan on competing next year etc

Are they checking test levels ect aswel for free?


Or is it just a standard free blood test?

No test levels mate as the TEST is for my guts, i never asked for blood tests, doctor gave them all as said the amount I am eating and if I am not absorb the right nutrinets etc,


So he wanted full bloods, haemutimus, coelaic screening and stool smaple
 
Hi guys


Made an informed decision to come off AAS for a nice break, no point putting stuff in me if I cannot eat properly.


I will lose size quickly Bloody struggle when on not alone when off


I will do CV for health, I will try new diet protocols, training will still be heavy and hard as much I can handle.


Need a break and mentally at this point couldnt give a monkeys about size, muscles, competing


I will come back better than ever watch this space


Also just wanted to thank Mick for advise given over last few months, very health related / Blood pressure and stopped me going in circles many times

Not point doing it if I am gettings test for guts and cant hold a meal down etc


Expect big weight drop in this PCT :(


But hey ho, muscle memory and all that, I can lift quite heavy for time trained so sure it will stay for a while then back when I do decide to go back on etc

Get everything sorted and you will come back bigger and stronger.
 
Fairplay mate,its the hard choice but the right one,I was on for when Mick convinced me to come off for a period start of the year ,it wasn't anywhere near long enough but it made sense and I did better for it .


With muscle memory mate it will all come back ,get ya health sorted then back at it!
