Just treated myself to Scivation xtend, not had in ages love this stuff


2 scoops xtend and 30g bulk bcaa intra now :)

Yeah I used one tub, tasted bit frothy and weird for me, infact the Xtend is cheaper than Excel at the moment


Il be honest if Ihad loads of money I would drink Xtend during the day, pre/intra and post LOL

Worked late then went over pub with dad with 15bcaa pills and 2 diet cokes, then in a rush as seeing a pal tonight so back sesssion was short intense and the lat pulldown were all about negs and squeeze

also decided from monday diet will be nearly the same weekends as weekdays as think weekend is where I lack
