How do you rate the xtend by the way? Thinking of buying,any flavour better than the others?

Xtend not hand in ages but bought to have between meals to stop me drinking diet sodas, i am limiting caffiene to pre workout only


today I had total 10 scoops of xtend LOL, bit to much really but need stop the sodas
 
Off work so will do delts and triceps on one meal


150g oats, 60g whey, EVO, banana and glass of cranberry juice


My left wrist is killing for some reason, so wont be heavy pressing today,change of reps ranges again next week, will be one low rep set then couple deload sets

BP is roughly 135/74 when doing 3 times daily, still higher than I want but the lower reading has come down, also think it was the peps that caused a sudden rise
 
Rep ranges all change next week and doing some tweaking to the split - leg session will probably stay the same apart from higher reps on leg press, squats be the same I like that day


Left wrist is killing only thing I can think of is last rep on bench monday I hit the rack hard with a powerful concentric which jolted my arm
