yeah always listen mate, just not always I decide to do what I hear.
The main concern is my guts, even if bloods come back that health ranges are fine I will not go back on as it all to do with my guts, need to be ravenous and want to eat to make most of the gear
I am gonna change my approach to eating, cardio and weights for next few months, just enjoy it get health back, smash some sprints and not worry about the size loss at all
