Cheers mate, read an article on it and it got my mind tcking the weekend.


Might try this once back to bulknig and natural. You never know unless you try etc etc etc
 
It's nothing out of this world, but it does offer an excellent way to help change things up and add some intensity. Just don't rely solely on the method

Na never rely soley on any of these methods.


I like to stick to basics, throwing a routine such as this in every now and again for variation
 
DC training is great


i like using the static stretching
 
Never really tried it but I did like the principle of lots of small growth cycles = one big gain at the end of the year


compared to 52 (normal) growths per year = normal gains


wanted to tru it but never got into it, normal works for me TBH
 
Going to give it a good go on my next bulk.


Yea it basically sues a few tried and tested priciples all wrapped in one.

gd routine to mix things up but not to be used for more than a month or so.....its a gd routine to break plateaus etc IMO
 
It's bloody painful lol. Too structured for me but if you can handle that it can be a good routine.
