Female training programme

Ok never trained a female tbh....wanting them to train full body workout 3 x per week focusing on core movements. Cardio will be performed 40mins 5 x per week 1st thing in the morning.


What training/movements would you advise?


Was thinking along the lines of:


Hyperextensions


Lunges


Swiss ball squats


crunches/lower abs etc


Tricep pushdowns
 
Push above (shoulder press) 3x10


Pull from above (lat pull down) 3x10


Push to the front (chest press) 3x10


Pull from the front (seated row) 3x10


Legs (leg press) 3x10


Sit ups (on swiss ball) 3x10


Hypers (superman) 3x10
