I had a game of golf yesterday and not today my shoulderblade is all knotted up. What is the best way to sort it? SHould I have physio of have a good warm-up and train through it?
Mine seem to always be notted up but i dont notice it and it doesnt effect me. When i got a massage the lad tried to work them out and when ever i use one of those shiatsu back massager's i can feel all the knots.
I went to physio and he said that I had pulled a rib off its seat. He gave a push and it clicked back. I think it may have come off afain though because it hurts just as much today as it did last week before physio.
