Currently on a 4 day split
Legs,chest, tris = Friday,Monday
Shoulders,back,bis = Saturday, Tuesday
Cardio on the bike 30/40 mins on non training days.
Literally been doing :-
A OHP super set with side laterals, steep incline dumbbell bench. slight incline dumbbell bench, 4 sets each between 8-12 reps.
B Leg press super set with incline dumbbell curls, Nordic hamstring curls, cleans or rows, 4 times 8-12.
Just keeping it simple and try to do every other day.
Nordic Ham curls are a great exercise to master
I’ve done sweet fuck all throughout this lockdown.
In the weeks before gyms reopen il start up some mobility work and body weight/band exercises just so the first few gym sessions doms don’t suck so much
