i'd say 90% of they bits you're looking for are pointless imo & will bring nothing to the table as far as results go

get a cheap bag of whey (5kg) & buy some powdered oats (from same place you buy your whey) or rice flour (get this in your local Chinese supermarket)

cheap multiV from supermarket is fine.

invest the savings into better solid food choices, but tbh even if you were to have 5 whey & oat shakes a day... it'd yield decent results ime. maybe buy some nut butter (bulk from same place you get you whey) to add to some shakes
 
How does that actually work? I realise how stupid that sounds but do they just put it back in your bank or does it get held in a PayPal account or?

I used to run a supplement brand so I am pretty qualified to say, basically most companies have a commission system through a affiliate company who they pay a percentage of a sale if you send the sale to them by advertising them. Top-cashback give you the commission they get, they make money from companies paying them for premium areas on their website so it does work.

how does the rice flour taste?
 
depends what you mix it with,

you can buy different types too, if you get the glutinous one its ever so slightly sweet

protein in with it will over power, or its a neutral ish taste if you use it to cook with....the glutinous is better for pancakes than regular rice flor

My guts hurt just reading 5x oats n whey a day
