Also got other commitments on this year, so maybe be shows in the later part of the year he does now
 
Week went ok bud.

Lost A POUND, had a mid week slip at 2am, popped a 3 bowls of oats and protein, not sleeping and hunger struck bad. Made up for it till now.

Just in the middle of making protein flapjacks for sunday treat though and some home made bread.

ive booked a 1 bedroomed ground floor flat Rab, it was of largs online is it nelson st well its nelson something anyway

Thats not the point - the point is it is a slackening of discipline. Half a packet of biscuits? No prob, Ill do an extra hours cardio. Then it happens more often. Slippery slope.

If @Rab wants any chance of even half achieving what he has claimed he wants to, he can't afford to let his strongest weapon - his discipline - slip.

heads for the biscuit tin to find the remaining Wagon Wheels and Jammy Dodgers.

Face covered in chocolate and crumbs thinking its cool, Harrys not competing... its all good i will do some extra
Zumba classes next week to make up.
