1.increase arm size
2.increase chest size
3.increase back size
4.increase leg size
5.increase shoulder size

About 20 are interested so far, thanks to all of you. Need about 30 more to run this though, so for the people who've decided to enter, please inform anyone on the forum (or elsewhere) you think maybe interested so we can try and get the numbers up.

9th august will see me just under 6 weeks from show,

i suppose my goal would to be on track and still positive about stepping on stage
 
I will give this a go,

Im currently dieting at the moment, and this will give me a bit more motivation.

Plan is to diet for another 8 - 10 weeks (then holiday in Egypt) and then a big push to gain back muscle lost while dieting.

So you could say the goal is fat loss predominantly and muscle gain.
 
I'm game, goals are:

1 - Increase overall muscle mass
2 - Bring up arm size
3 - Bring up leg size
 
ill give this ago get myself involved rather than just browsing through all the time.

my goals:
1. add overall mass try getting back upto the 90kg mark
2. bring up legs as they have been neglected over the last year
3. lose some fat round the gut:)
