Myprotein terrible customer service ?

I receive all my orders in a timely fashion but they took over a week to respond to a ticket issue I raised with them over a price match issue.

Aweull customer service these days that and the same as BSD, who wtill owe me some vitamin e tabs! Which has been over a month now!

my protein have ALWAYS been slack with delivery and customer service.
there is always a warehouse move, database upgrade, staff training, stock check, new website, holiday backlog, monsoon in africa etc always impacting onto their excuses, i mean delivery.

once you pay for next day delivery and recieve it 3-4 days later (next day delivery after packing it and putting forward to a courier), they will offer you a voucher to claim back the delivery charge....when you order again.

Its a joke, myprotein reps believe its a new thing, its been going on years!!
Its not a spat of CS issues, its a continous river flow

As already stated i think it seems to be delivery issues in the main then the lack of support off the back of them.

I never pay for next day delivery on anything as i can have stuff delivered to my office and there's always someone around to sign for it but i do feel for people that arrange a delivery date AND pay extra for it, take a day off etc and then it never turns up.

Come on MP, sort it out. :)

I've personally never had a problem with their service, but that means very little to anyone else.

We only hear about the poor service, not the good. So in theory, out of all their customer, we are only a very small percentage.

I used to use them all the time... then they had the issue with product quality and then the delivery issues started... at first wasnt all of them but now I never get the same level of service as before or as with other companies I use (Protein 247, Bulk Powders, BBW to name a few) out of all of them only MP have issues with delivery and getting the product to me as soon as they can rather than "at their convenience"... since they sold out... sorry I mean sold the company... its just a joke... used to be you had to search incredibly hard to find a bad review now its just too easy... I ran out of cissus and BBW had none in stock (dammit BBW :D ) so went to MP... a week later I got some in... a week... BBW usually 99 times out of 100 is next day... when I ran out of the MP stuff and BBW had either still run out or run out again I went to Bulk Powders... next day... BAM...

I used to use My Protein until they started to have delivery problems and cocked my deliveries up. I complained and they made a futile atempt at appeasing me so i decided to take my £1000 per year spend elsewhere. I used the Suppleent centre who have not let me down as yet to the point that they acctually sent me a tub of protein which got broken in transit, I emailed them and they asked for pictures which i sent. They promptly sent me a replacement, so i ended up with the remainder of that tub and a new tub of protein.

Now thats customer service!!

sounds like when MP says "we have 99.99% good feedback on our forums!"
yet delete all negative threads

I used to us MP ad did for about 2 years but I received my normal Protein and it was completely different to previous batches so I emailed stating I wasn't happy with the product and I got some pissy email back to which I replied and never heard anything again so I stopped using them.

It's a shame because you can't fault there products and price which are still at the top end of bulk products

I wasn't aware the company had been sold off. When did that happen?

@Myprotein arranged a second pick up date with DPD for the 2 bags of brown rice protein this week n once again didn't turn up.

It now looks like they have just refunded me the money which is fine.

Very much doubt I will ever use them again or recommend them to any1.

Not trying to exonerate MyProtien in the slightest; their handling of your complaint has been less than ideal - but DPD are a shower of useless cnts IMO, and would surprise me if they have compounded things with their own cockups...

Never had many issues from them, but had to leaked liquid egg whites, took ages for email back and in the end I couldnt be arsed to follow it through, also I had a banana wpi which was lumpy and wouldnt mix

I get 10% off them also but not actually ordered any supplements from them in a long time, infact not bought any supps in around 9 months

I know this, you know this and MP know this, so why do they continue to use them?

Cos they're cheap probably, so it is still down to MP to sort it, they can't just shift the blame. If you're employing someone to do a job and they aren't doing (DPD) it you get rid and get someone else in that can.

The delivery is all part of the service, you can't just shirk all responsibility once the product has left your premises. We're paying MP not DPD.

I know mate, fully agree - although having worked with just about every major courier, most of them are useless toss knockers lol!!
