Danny187 - 12 Weeks "transformation"

Well wont be starting new weights program this weekend............

I have actually got my Septoplasty operation on saturday and that requires 2 weeks off work, same off gym then needs be careful on weights when back due to pressure.

Will still enter this as be 8 weeks still left in gym to get some changes, just wont be able go full bore.
 
Right here it goes, werent gonna post any as had few set backs, i.e had a nose op and was off work/gym for 4 weeks, then eased but in and literally just been doing weekends last few weeks.

Lifts up and better - bench 100kg x 18, 120kg x6 and 130kg x 2/3 Squats 140kg x 3 was best.

I am around 95kg here, of course I am fat and very blurred over, but just gotta keep at it over the course of the year, will drop some fat now :)

Pleased looking back through and waist is down, arm is up as it legs, I am wider and stronger, just annoyed that If I was a bit stricter could have been alot better but hey ho, its done now.
