This is probably my 4th go at a log on here and there all unfinished and taking up cyber room lol.

So this is the 5th attempt :rofl:

I will log everything i can mainly for me to keep a record of what im doing and hopefully to get some decent advice when needed.

Its called Consistency as thats what i have none of. Thats my biggest downfall.

BUT for the last 10 weeks i have consistently not missed a session, not missed a meal, cardio, jab, nothing.

And most importantly I have kept the exact same routine going.

My two goals are clear...

-To hit 17stone
-Shredded on Ibiza beach in August 2016(first family holiday with the twins :)


So i have two years...Wish me luck.

Both achievable I feel at 5,11

But In a odd way I think I'll reach goal number 2 quicker than number 1. Basically I don't think I can hit 17st without being fat in 18 months

The 17st is firstly a achievable weight I feel.

And I have a hoodie that still hast been worn at the gym which is a raw strength hoodie and the size guide is given on weight

But at the moment it's abit too big too wear
