Jordan Peters 290 Pounds

No he won't

I couldn't give a couple weeks back as have a heart murmur and so I didn't ly in the app form

As j Ross knows I ain't dying in the back of a Give Blood wagon, no way
So I told the truth but they refused to give blood until my doc have the go ahead over my condition

Went to docs the other day and he told me all is g2g with blood letting

Plus it says injecting AAS, doesn't mention orals
Few white lies to keep ur health in check is a fair trade off imo haha

If my blood work is out then I will take my bloods to my gp. And say my rbc is high lets get it down. Nurse takes blood. Docs recheck bloods to see how much it has been knocked down, if still not enough , nurses take blood again next week, re do bloods
And docs check again. Your doc doesn't want u to have high rbc, so they will do what is needed to help you. If you then can't keep rbc in control after that issue then don't expect your doc to be super cool about it because then your just wasting his time and nhs money because you couldn't learn from your initial mistakes

So your doc/nurse takes your blood? Ie blood lets for you to get rbc down?

This is what I would like to know to. But everyone indifferent. Although I know that con goes to different states in the U.S. To keep the blood donating until it drops to where he wants it

Also J just for your info you little devil you, in Britain you can donate every 8 weeks
Thankfully I haven't had to do that yet but I could.
I have one gene for storing extra iron so my RBC goes higher on less than the average person.
A hrt doses means I have to donate blood.

If you want to push hard get a sports doctor.
It may cost you some but he will keep it all monitored.
In the States you can go wellness clinics and they take care of all this stuff.
I have several clients that do this....just they end up spending many grand per year for this luxury!

We plan to keep this next phase V simple : I have Corinne who has a v Gd eye for my body now , she has seen so many preps and so many growth spurts and still I haven't got as lean as she can or look as Gd or train as hard as she can, so now I listen to her when she tells me her opinion - I think it carries some serious weight seeing the level she competes at in both physique and POwerliftng . If she says slow down on the weight , or let's push up , I will do just that :)
And then I'm lucky that I'm good friends with DR Scott Stevenson, who is just a tremendous human being so if me/Corinne are stuck , he is my go to for the smarts :)

Glad to help you out, my man and good call on trusting in Corinne's eye. She's a gem in many ways. :)

That is what he said lol.

In other words the blood is taken to bring down ranges, opposed to be being used for blood donor purposes.

Good to hear your well bro.Giving plenty of good advice as always. I think people always comment about your health due to the look on your face, but since listening to a podcast of yours, people forget you have sleep apnea and spend the night with a mask on your face. People need to stop making assumptions tbh. Your one of the very few who actually make sure their health is a massive factor in terms of longevity in the sport.

:) you know my thoughts of having you in my corner. I have spent the last week re reading the fortitude training e book ( I strongly advise everyone get this, it is actually really good value so I'm certain everyone can afford it no problem) and the book just reminds you again exactly what builds muscle , don't get caught up in all the Bs, the science of hypertrophy is explained so well. What I talked about for my approach to hamstrings using cluster sets is taken from fortitude training. So I defo advise everyone has a read :) . If the book does seem a bit overwhelming in terms of how to them actually set up the training , Scott sells the Virgin Voyage plan which is the plan them set up and written ready for you to follow, so again I advise getting this. I just bought the no show no go variation to see how he moves things around to prioritise body parts which is super smart :)

I am FUCKED, remember I train really really heavy lol, so pwo pics are always after some silly loading set . I'd like to see how pretty some look after those max all out sets ( oh wait ,
They don't do them haha )

Ah mate I'm sorry , My body was just not happy at all. I did overtrain myself the two weeks between the England and the universe because I was so fired up ( lesson learnt not to do this again) and then I had the lingering effects of the diuretics from
The England and my hydration took forever to correct itself , I then didn't quite hit baseline again pre universe ( despite visually being much better , so my electrolytes where still out of skew ) so when we started a second loading protocol, all be it different and less aggressive as I didn't like the diuretic use, my body just wasnt a happy one. So moving forward I will be that 7 pounds leaner again yet still for next show so I can be absolutely assured that I don't need diuretics. If your truly lean you don't need them imo ( I had chats with Scott about this the last few days, he has written a great article that is on his site I believe or is on Johns MD site , on getting full and dry without diuretics , so defo something to look at for everyone , but what underpins that process is being truly truly shredddded)

i tried one show this year without diruetics and it was hit and miss.... looked dry in the morning but hour by hour i was smoothing over.
I wasnt lean enough and the body just soaked up any available water, i was my fullest ever, but watery. Watchign leg cuts smooth over makes you want to cry lol.

how long would you say it took to stop water rebound and return to baseline?
if i use diazide i will rebound and only return to baseline 7 days later.
0.75 tab night before and 0.25 tab in the morning... could of omiited the tab in the morning but you know the head plays games with you.
