Hard thing knowing there's fights you can't win and when retribution isn't going to happen. Bitter pill to swallow.

But agree witnesses backing out imo suggests better off getting on with life as it's probably someone known for causing trouble and is a bit of 'face' so finding a way to cope with what's happened and letting go is probably the right thing to do if police can't get anything to stick - easier said than done mind
 
Always another option : pay someone to do something. If he is a big timer, he would have lots of people he has upset so may not lead back to you. Just ensure you are in a public place at the time. Where is Robsta from UKM when you need him ;)
 
Eye 4R an Eye in my book there is always folk out there willing to take a pay day just to let of steam in fighting it's just finding the right person but you don't seem to be the type of person who would go for this but like some have said just get on we life start self defence even the basic can help

This is position im in over 30 witnesses no one dare speak up, cant even get my own mates to go for a beer with me now as they are scared of being seen with me, good job i have 3 pretty handy brothers for @darkside when this boils over, fucking 6 of them it took landlord didnt even ring police or ambulance and had t stumble 1 mile up with a bone comint through my skin concussion blurred vision, piss take around here.

No one will come forward and it will end up getting thrown out you say your pals are scared to go for a drink why there not going to come after you again if it was just a random kicking unless you have done something that all we know nothing abt only saying

They are threatening now coz police involved none of them can afford to get locked up again!
 
Think of the bigger picture what's going to happen when they get out because normally if a hood gets sent down there's retribution I know a guy who got knee capped behind the gym fir speaking out I feel sorry for you havin to live like this being scared and looking over your shoulder
