6'1 240lb currently about 20 weeks out.
Currently dieting with low carb approach 2000kcal a day 15%carb 35%protein and 50%fats
Refeeds every two weeks where I increase my kcal to 6k or 8k

What sort of cals/macros do you bulk on?
2000 seems low for 20 weeks out, especially for a guy your size already in good shape

3500 to 4000kcal 30fat 40carb 30protein. I want to get shredded faster. refeeds help on big deficit.

yes almost never change my routine. Only do pump movements when wanting to do an arm day but that is just for kicks and selfies.

lifts huh? Well that depends on my carb intake and recovery periods.

but yesterday I did.

flat bench 335lb for 10reps 2sets
close grip bench 285lb 10reps 2sets
incline bench 245lb 10reps 2sets
cable fly 10reps 2sets
incline db 10reps 3sets
rope pulldown 3sets 8-12
skullcrushers 3sets 8-12
dips 3sets 8-12

weight wise you haven't got much to lose in terms of making weight .... look good, cals do seems low for 20 weeks out and in fairly decent nick too
