just seen the video in question and while I think that's the shooting which was obviously illegal is a waste of innocent life , you have to realise that this is a war zone and things like this do happen all you have to do is look at some of the firefights in desert storm for example the number of "blue on blue" attacks were outrageous and the americans were responsible for nearly 100% of them, now while I agree this is a sad waste of life does the pilot deserve the death penalty then imo no he doesn't that is a war zone and they are fighting an enemy that infultrates civilian houses camps and jobs to detonate bombs or shoot at and kill others, this is NOT the same as some sick person breaking into a house and killing the homeowners in a frenzied violent attack.
