Ha, well the guy is in his 40's and has trained them maybe twice with me before. Other than that he's never trained them. Sickening!
Well, I can't say for sure that you should temper your training per se to enhance your gains, but this could be one factor related to why folks seem to find that they grow better from the various approaches ranging in volume and frequency.
