I rate beef the best once I started eating steak for breakfast i banged on more muscle and weight than any of the other two but that’s just my opinion but out of the 3 which would be your first choice

I find Beef gets pretty boring, go through stages of having a steak every day then just not eating it for a couple of weeks. Chicken I can eat when ever although as soon as i chew a tendon I don’t eat chicken for a while. Protein drink every morning CNP 1000+ calories. I just down the fucker after having eggs on toast and it’s done with. Like a 1500 calorie breakfast every morning.

Final answer if I had one choice right now - Steak

All of it

I have all 3 every day at the moment
If I had to choose, you can't beat a good quality steak cooked medium rare

Are any of you at a point where you fucking hate protein?

after chowing down beef, chicken and tuna for years I really don’t enjoy it.

get it done when I need to, today I just couldn’t face it so had 75g of pasta with olive oil and salt then a shake to get protein in

Like all, but if you want the fastest absorbing Protein for muscle repair after a strenuous workout it has to be Whey Isolate or Hydrolysate. Biological Value of Protein = 159.

Eggs are a perfect 100, Beef = 78. See the difference..

Mince bores me and I don't think steak is cost effective or atleast, I'm too stingy to buy enough to make it worth while. I'll eat chicken with garlic powder on it day in day out though but if I feel my overall intake is down, I'll add a shake

I prefer beef. Mince usually or occasionally a steak

But atm I eat a lot of chicken as it’s easier, I just bang 2kg in the oven for 40 mins usually whilst I’m training and I’m done

Steak mince is my go to but have a few chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning across the week. Have steak a couple of times a week too. Usually have a prawn meal as well occasionally hot smoked salmon. Protein intake is topped up with occasional whey concentrate shake/mug cake.

Beef
chicken
other meats
eggs
fish
powder

fanny batter.

I'd choose beef too, especially if it fits your diet and fitness goals. Steak is rich in protein, iron, zinc, and vitamin B12, making it a great option for supporting muscle growth and recovery. Soft kosher jerky can also be a convenient meat-based snack for adding protein between meals. However, consistency, total daily protein intake, and proper training matter more than choosing one protein source. Everyone responds differently, but beef is definitely a strong choice!
