Well here goes, I've started a journal before but never really kept up with it.
This one I intend to keep regularly updated.

I had an operation 8 weeks ago to repair a torn anterior cruciate ligament, meniscus and shaved the back of my knee cap.
Overall I lost nearly two stone prior to the op and the following weeks post op. I am now back to full health and strength in it is back.

Here's a couple if pics of recent condition. Non of legs atm tho for obvious reasons :/ I shall take one and get it posted up though.

Feeling battered today from last nights session it was as follows -

Back thickness and rear delts

Deadlifts 10 x 60kg 10 x 60kg 10 x 60kg (warm ups) 10 x 120kg 6 x 160kg 4 x 200 4 x 240kg 1 x 260kg

This was the first time I'd deadlifted since my operation so was happy with that and found the 260kg pretty easy. The following was kept very intense with around 30seconds to 1min rest between sets. This is how I prefer to train rather than long rest periods. Sometimes means I can't lift as much but keeping intensity high and blood flowing is more beneficial to me.

Barbell rows (supported) 15 x 20kg 12 x 40kg 10 60kg 8 x 80kg drop set 8 x 40kg

Dumbbell shrugs 15 x 65kg 15 x 65kg 15 x 65kg

Bent over lat raise keeping a only a slight bend in arms 10 x 10kg 10 x 10kg 10 x 10kg 10 x 10kg

Vbar pull down

12 x 9plates 10 x 11plates 8 x 13plates 6 x 14plates drop set 10 x 7plates

Reverse pec dec 10 x 30kg 10 x 45kg 10 x 60kg

Hyper extensions set of 20, set of 10

Felt I had a good session, trained slightly late than usual so was getting tired towards the end but still push through it.

Tonight is quads and hams

Last night was chest and shoulders.
Struggled slightly with last nights session, everything felt heavy as fk I think it was a combination of not enough sleep, diet and still not fully recovered from previous workout. So I'll asses what went wrong and adjust be aide there's only me to blame.. Anyway here's the session

Smith incline press (warm ups 20 x 60kg 10 x 80kg 10 x 80kg) 6 x 100kg 4 x 120kg drop set 12 x 80 kg

Flat hammer press 15 x 80kg 8 x 100kg 8 x 120kg 8 x 140kg drop set 6 x 120kg

Low incline db flyes 10 x 25kg 10 x 25kg 10 x 25lg

Military press (by this point I was blowing out my ass!! ) 15 x 60kg 10 x 80kg 8 x 100kg

Side Lateral raise machine 10 x 7plates 10 x 9plates 10 x 10 plates

Today's plan is to go hit up some arms and calves. Nothing too heavy just high intensity
Then I have a day off tomorrow :)

Just got back from an arms and calves session. Got a really good pump. So glad I've got two days rest now! Lots of food and Lots of rest :)

Preacher curl machine (this machine you don't need to go heavy it's just pure contraction on the bi so get one hell of a pump

Rope push down (single arm) 15 x 5plates 12 x 7plates 8 x 8plates dropset 8 x 4plates dropset 30 x 3plates

Standing DB curls (fat grip handles)
10 x 17.5kg 8 x 12.5kg 6 x 12.5kg dropset 6 x 10kg

Seated calves 20 x 40kg 15 x 50kg 15 x 60kg 10 x 50 kg

Toe press 25 x 80kg 25 x 120kg 25 x 180kg

Thank you mate, atm I'm following a diet, but not being too strict so I have room for manoeuvre. As long as I'm eating every 2-3 hours

Not as of yet mate. I was due to start with con last august, I paid for a diet and training plan but my head went out of the game after holiday. Following his training plan atm. Definitely want to work with JP at somepoint when funds allow
