Curry chicken breast

    600g chicken breast
    1 egg
    1 teaspoon curry
    50g flour
    50g wholemeal flour
    25g long grain rice
    25g wild rice
    Salt, pepper and other spices of your choice

    We give the egg in a bowl and stir it well. Now we give the teaspoon curry spice, and salt and pepper to the egg. Anyone who wants to can even add other spices here. Then we cut the chicken breasts in any large chunks and add them to the bowl with the egg mixture. Dipping the chicken pieces well a so then the flour sticks well. Now you give the flour on a plate and mix it through with your hands. Recently it rolls the marinated meat through the flour and cook in them in a heated pan with olive oil. Always call and let fry well.

    you need to make a thread on cooking the perfect steak, mine is always overdone

    Stupid question but how long will these keep for in fridge?
