Cyclic Dextrin

I tried those designer carbs, cant remember the name of it, see how good it was for carbing up before a show, it didnt work for me i thought it was shite, unless it was fake from my protein lol
Use it with slin would be a good way of testing it, see if you go hypo on a correct dose.
Bit daft to experiment with something right before the show
Normally you'd just use the same foods you've used through prep and know works for you
Cyclic dextrin definitely works with insulin

If dextrose doesn't cause any stomach issues and your wanting to be careful with money I'd go with dextrose.
If dextrose gives stomach issues, and your still careful with money I wouldn't do any intra carbs atall as the money can be better spent elsewhere.

But if dextrose gives you issues and money isn't a problem go with the cyclic dextrin

I think there's a recent interview with milos where he has his clients chose and usually goes with the cheapest providing no issues with stomach

On paper cyclic dextrin is better but in reality when it comes to results it doesn't matter unless you don't get on with the cheaper carb powders

What amount does he want you to use

Just the recommended serving on the tub inter workout

Simple sugars aren’t what you need in your diet when on peds. Especially when running meds like Tren.
You clearly know nothing about nutrition and how the body works
You've googled something like
Why is cyclic dextrin bad
And that link is the only thing thafs come up
You've read the first few misleading paragraphs that support your argument
If you'd have carried on reading youd have realised its an advert for a supp
All carbs do the same thing once processed by the body
Its the digestion process and effects on insulin that differ
Cyclic dextrin is absorbed rapidly and doesn't spike insulin like a high GI carb source

There’s lots of foods that do the same thing. No need to buy the fad.

I used a cheap cyclic dextrin from bbw and I find it does add to my energy levels throughout a workout and doesn't give me a come down like effect after.

I don't use any pre-workout either.

I'm not buying into the fad
I couldn't care less
I'm correcting your misinformation so the OP gets his question answered correctly
Out of interest, what foods do the same thing that you would use intra workout?
