I have bouts have had a bad one this week, struggle to pin it to any one thing.

Was gonna go to the doc's but the sister in law is the receptionist soo couldn't just deal with it without ppl interfering.

Feel I'm over the worst so what normally happens is I get a massive high shortly after, but been rough like just wanted to be on my own couldn't be around ppl apart from my kids.

Any one take anything ...med wise? as words are just that, in one ear out the other

I feel you man I take something called Abilify. It's an anti psychotic. It stabilizes your mood allows you to be around people. You don't have to be psychotic to take it

Agreed, though, if you get past the 'salesman' pitch side of it, there are some really thought provoking concepts.
