Hope the leg sorts itself out bud, hows the shoulder? mine got better but started overhead pressing and it flares after every push session ffs, full of bloody niggles lol

Cheers mate. Shoulder is not that bad really as long as don't do anything to set it off. Any overhead pressing is a no go as are lateral raises or front raises, not trained shoulders directly for years, not properly anyway. Benching and rear delt work has kept them looking reasonable tho I think.
