Dosage Advice For A Test E And Eq Cycle Please

how do you know your first cycle was underdosed when you don't even know what the actual dosage was!

let alone if the gear was underdosed as we have no idea of your calories on what you look like

why not put a little more background up
its like going to the docs and saying I don't feel well I want some drugs without providing any other information
how would he know what to suggest?

if you aren't going to provide anything then ill give you standard advice
if first cycle was indeed underdosed then run 300mg test once a week
max 500mg

make sure enough calories to grow else waste of gear

bin the EQ as its your 1st cycle as you call it, no need
 
I've had a think and your all right I'm going to leave the E.Q alone and just stick with the test E I've got 3 10ml bottles at 300mg so I'm going to do 600mg a week? And how many cycles of test only should I do before I move on to heaveyer stuff? any advice welcome thanks
 
don't even need that much test tbh for a 1st cycle....just do 1.5ml....450mg is plenty

get diet and training right else progression will just be drugs only. and limited

don't be in a rush. it very easy to be planning cycle 10 on cycle 1 but just concentrate on your diet, enough to grow, but not just get fat. And training hard and smartly....

after that try and use as little as possible each time, small steps up. Work out which drugs suit you and which don't as we all differ there

do this and if its a good cyle, repeat again......... maybe with an oral but you should be able to do well on test only for a few cycles at this stage..

tbol or anavar in would be my next steps after that depending on goals , current physique etc etc

I have read in every place imaginable that 200mg eq is a useless dose. 400mg is an effective minimum and is what i am using currently,(with test) with an 800mgEQ frontload. I have used 600/wk over 12wks (again with a mod dose test) and felt no amazing extra results. i dislike the drug. It may be noticeable at 600mg-800mg a week, with a little proviron and nothing else… but under a big mover/shaker like testosterone nothing can be noticed...

I've had LOADS of lads ask me about peds in the gym & they all tell you how much they're on in ml. they've no idea what dosage they're actually on. its just "the lad said take 2ml on Tuesday & again Friday".. they've no idea what an ester is & their knowledge of that's actually in it, goes as far as 'sust & deca'.

personally I try & pump a bit of useful info into them. they're not going to stop using it.. they've already started. I don't see the point taking the moral high ground & telling them they shouldn't be using PEDs. you don't need to know every minute detail like we obsessed over at the start. just the basics: what it is they're actually using. how to recover if any issues occur

200mg is a useless dose for what?

200mg is what they give race horses, who are bigger and carry more muscle than us
EQ wont blow you up and you dont need a gram of it
what are you hoping to achieve? alongside some test you can get results from 300mg for sure...100%...depends what results you want....

Hard to put any time in to them though isn’t it, I always think right I’m gonna help him out but end up realising they don’t really want to understand they just want telling what to do so they CAN GET MASSIVE!!!!

Same reason why I rarely get involved in threads with OP’s like this, he doesn’t wanna take the time to understand he just wants to get hench in quick time “stop being a dickhead bro just tell me how much to take!!!”. Winds me up and then they try to make out your being a dick because your short on patience

250 test is only 5 times your output as a teenager mate, essentially pissing in the wind. Why shut yourself down for a mere 5 fold increase in the biggest period of physique development a human ever undergoes?

i want to know how 18 stone got so popular among aspiring bodybuilders. its always 18 stone they want to end up as the end goal. 19 stone : unrealistic. 17 stone : not big enough. don't care what they look like, as long as they scales say 18 stone, they're officially hench as fuck

I remember when starting out 13 stone was the goal and back then 15 seemed unrealistic. Now sat at 17 stone in fairly good condition (for me) and I certainly wouldn't want to go much over 18, I couldn't eat much more than I am now (unless throwing in some junk) to get there.
