Not laughing at the issue dude, it's that anonymous tick that's easily missed.

Is your issue not psychological?

I would put money on it being psychological.

I have suffered with getting aroused with a new sexual partner before and it was completely psychological.

I read a fair bit on google and there's good advice.

Don't force sex, but at the same time don't neglect it as that will exacerbate the issue. Learn to relax, concentrate on your breathing and if you struggle then accept it, and accept it's not a big deal.

Relaxation is key. If you lose that you've lost the battle already.
