Fat Loss

If I don't have time for 5-6 meals a day as I might be out most of the day should I decrease the meals and increase portion size per meal.
 
Don’t worry about carb cycling just yet.

I’ve never been an advocate of the 5/6 meals, 3 is fine if you ask me but that will be much bigger portions and that can bring its own problems.
 
To try and accommodate for more eating should I stop intermittent fasting or not as I heard that its hard to lose fat when you're eating throughout the day.
 
your way over complicating things, IF, carb cycling etc etc

you need to eat more - FACT

do it how you wish - I find it easier over more meals others over less

the fact you said you would struggle to eat is why I suggest more meals. its not hard to do... even if out all day (Pitta bread with some meat in it is a meal)...

address problem 1 first - EAT more food and calories

don't worry about what you "have heard"

Dieting without kitchen scales and knowing macros is a pure waste of time I think.
The official researches show that 80% of the people can not recognize the total amount of calories they eat - some of them are telling they eat 1500kcals while eating 3200 and more.

Purchase scales, you must know the real amount of food you eat. And use macros calculation app, for the right proportions of the macros.
