@fitdog has been such a grumpy git with this dieting I thought would make him a really good desert that didn't make him feel guilty after he had eaten it.

This recipe fits a 21inch cake tin but just half the amounts to make it smaller.

400g Reduced fat Graham cracker
100g Low fat margarine
400g Fat free/or reduced fat cottage cheese
400g Fat free/or reduced fat cream cheese
4 Scoops Chocolate Myofusion
4tbsp Dark chocolate cocoa powder
4tbsp Sugar substitute

Break crackers into crumbs and stir in melted margarine, pack into bottom of cake tin and place into fridge to set.
Blend cottage cheese and cream cheese until smooth, add in dry ingredients and blend again.
When the base is set pour in cheese mix and put back in fridge for at least an hour before serving.

It was his cheat day today so I used 400g of digestive biscuit for the base.

Is there anything else you would suggest instead of margarine for base, any alternatives?

organic butter..plenty of healthy fats - got to contain less crap than margarine

It does look nice it wouldn't bother me with margarine just thought I'd ask due to the comment made by mutant what he would have with it instead.
