well i went to a specialist yesterday about my knee problems. Im a carpet fitter so on my knees all day and i think this is the main reason i have knee problems but the doctor says otherwise.
He asked me if i exercise, so i told him about my training and straight away he blamed my problems on squatting (which i haven't done for a while) and the fact that i weigh 100kg which he said is to much and i need to loose weight.
He then went on to say i can do some leg exercises like leg extensions with moderate weight, but i thought that leg extensions were bad for your knees
If im honest he was a **** doctor didn't look at all interested and answered his phone and was on it for 10 mins while i was sat in my boxers like a lemon !
