Right, just a little update on what i am currently running and how i am getting on.

Currently i am on cycle (possibly my 4th cycle) this time i am staying on till right after Summer then having a rest from steroids for the winter period.

My cycle at the minute is:

Lixus Test 400 2ml per week and 30mg dBol oral ED (Egyptian Blue Hearts)
also - HCG 500iu x 2 per week & Adex 0.5mg EoD.

I am looking to throw some Tri Tren in, in a few weeks to up my game for a blast period, then cruise after a few weeks of this at around 400mg per week of Test alone.

Currently i am fluttering around 13 stone (IMO i look heavier than i am) this is due to be being lean and hardly any water retension.

Max bench currenly 140kg with a spot, Deadlifts 180kg max rep, Dumbell press 50kg DBs.

My lifting is pretty good for my weight, although i want more - Who doest?

I intended to really up my diet over the next few months on the lead up to summer, i just find it reallly hard to get over 13 stone! No matter what i do!

Any advice would be great from you?

Supplement wise i am currently taking USN Pure Protein twice daily, CNP pro recover after work out and Jack3d pre work out. Fish oils and vitamins are also taking through out the day
 
Bench with a spot, as in you have help lifting the weight? lol

Its all down to your caloric intake whether you gain weight or not.

Nice and simple cycle.

You say you can't get past 13 stone no matter how hard you try. Im guessing you have tried upping kcals? Maybe by adding an extra meal in per day (yeah yeah, i dont have enough time....wake up earlier then).

Thing is, if you do the cycle (and im assuming this will be your highest dose yet) say you gain a stone, but you havent eaten anymore. More than likely that weight is going to drop back to the same as before. And unless your moving forward, i really cant see the point in using gear at highish doses.

'with a spot' point being you wouldnt catch me unraking that with out someone spotting me haha, but i can lift it.

Mcgru - good point on the weight gained with out extra food intake. I am looking to up my diet as much as i can over the next few month, aswell as foods and supplements.
 
you need to write down a typical day of what your eating too with all the macros and calories.

Because you prob think your eating lots but you might not be.

Whenever guys in my gym as how im doing so well, i tell them diet (but they hear gear).

"oh well i eat loads" i got them to tell me how much was loads and it isn't. In fact, its less than my cutting diet (although i do high a high metabolism). And everyone thinks they will get fat if the eat fats. With 800mg test and working your ass of most days, you wont...so eat it!
 
Cheers mate, your right i think i eat a lot but its not enough! Ive done a post on my diet and now ive wrote it down its not the best.

Do you have a basic of what ur diet consists of?

Yes mate, about a 1kg of meat a day. 13 eggs. Loads of veg. carbs in most meals with the meat, post workout shake....and this is for cutting!

I soemtimes dnt have any time at home to make meals with my jobs and stuff, what would u recommend when im out and about and unable to sit down to meals? Alot of fast foods just dont cut it and arnt very good for you. Ive started preparing chicken and stuff the night before to take out with me for during the day. Ive upped my supplement intake to 3 shakes a day one at 2pm, one post work out and one before bed which i think is helping.

Mate, i have a job (8.20am -6.00pm) . I also socialise a lot.

Not an excuse. You want to gain muscle, you'll find a way. Most meals are cooked in bulk (2 days worth) eggs, steak and things like that are fresh. Once your in a routine, it is all normal, quick and you will wonder why you were making exuses before (harsh but the truth).

I can remember the last time i misses a meal. And if i now for sure i cant get home to make one/take something with me, ill find a way.
 
Well said mate, ill find a way of upping it. Start from meal one till bed.
 
Best bet mate is to spend abit of time on a website such as Burn Fat, Lose Weight, and Gain Muscle - DailyBurn and set up what you're currently eating!

You'll be surprised how somedays you fall really short, ganing weight is all about your calorie intake! If you eat less than your maintenance you'll loose weight and struggle to gain.
One of the most beneficial things i've done is to write down as suggested and go from there. Cooking meals is all about preperation bro, like powerhouse said, if you are busy cook the night before!

Your cycle isn't bad at all, but i know if i was on gear and i didn't grow - i'd be pissed off with a) how much it cost and b) i've pumped drugs into my body for nothing! I don't mean any of this in a bad way just giving a extra opinion

Sometimes its best revisiting the basics rather than adding extra you don't need.

And also, remember that a hard training bodybuilders maintenance is far higher than your average person.
 
im currently using the same amount of gear than you and am 3 stone heavier. You need more food and more time not more gear IMO.

That being said if i were you i would drop to a cruise dose as you obviously dont want to come off and work on your diet so you are gaining weight while on a cruise dose. once you get to this stage then take gear dose back up to what it is now.

By a cruise dose i mean 100-150mg test per week :)
 
Cheers mate, im going to carry on with the dbols what i have left start upping my diet now and then cruise once the dbols have gone. Get my diet right upto scratch and then blast again.

Been planning out a diet as good as i can today. So far i am at 3913 Kcals, 93.3 Fats, 483.01 Carbs & 348.1 Protein (Grams) along way from perfect but at least am getting my mind set to it.
