I am here in Exeter and it is sold out! As in they are turning people away at the door. Had to pull a few strings myself just to get in.

Been coming to this show for years and never known it so rammed.

I don't know what the f*ck they've been putting in the water of the First Timers class but the first three guys out doing routines have the kind of mass that wouldn't be out of place in the UKBFF mens open..

First timers results out of 11 competitors:

3. Matthew Gardner
2. Carl Groves - this dude is HUGE
1. Jerry Stewart

The standard of this class was immense. Carl groves in particular carrying massive amounts of muscle.

Juniors results out of 8 competitors:

3. Guy Clifford Harding
2. George Johnson
1. Elliot Benelow

Another strong class with a few soft looking competitors as to be expected. The guys taking the class wins appear so far to be the more conditioned guys and not necessarily the biggest.

Novice results out of 7 competitors:

3. Max Brenn
2. Sam Bishop - friend of mine looking hard as nails!
1. Chris Summer

Very close. All bar 2 of these 7 guys were in great shape, hard and dry, a credit to the collective amount of suffering that's obviously gone into their preps.

Masters over 50 and Dave "Syd" Lawrence taking the roof off! The biggest and freakiest thing to walk on stage tonight.

Masters Over 40 results out of 4 competitors:

3. David Hamilton
2. Adrian Sutcliffe.
1. Richard Reader.

Very even class all in good condition. Richard really brought it. Awesome structure and Quad sweep.

Women's Toned. 12 competitors. I'll be honest I have no idea what I'm looking at here. So results are:

3. Abby Hughes
2. Claire Dayer
1. Julienne Green

Guest poser Steve Cart: has apparently just driven here from a victory at the Midlands Pro Am.

Thick as a brick. Quads like Battleships. Check the video of this coming tomorrow. I'll be googling this guy when I get home.

Nice guy.
Used to go on the piss with him now and again.
He was a lump a decade ago.

Miss Athletic - Compere seems not very enthusiastic about the introduction of this class: "NABBA in their wisdom"... "As if the lines weren't blurred enough".. Lol good man for the honesty.

Amanda Dowly has a bloody superb physique top to bottom. Wide delts tiny waist. A class of her own.

3. Gregorio Arraio
2. Tony Wittaker
1. Paul Hicks

Paul appeared to give a lot away in size to Tony here IMO, the general theme of the results appears to be condition over size.
