Just put any photos up on the day your posting with the days paper or a online paper On a laptop..

Posing just do what you want gotta realise that a lot of us don't compete so don't know how to pose lmao

Can have as many or as few pictures as you like as long as there's one with you holding something with the date on. Obviously a few pictures makes it easier to judge.
