After some deliberation, but with much interest too, here's our Oldies thread.
No rules - I haven't specified an eligibility age for 'membership' - anyone can join in. It's just a banter area for conversation about bodybuilding, fitness and anything in general concerning us guys in our Autumn years of training.

Take it away.... :)

old age doesn't come by itself ..... making myself an omelette tonight :thumbs: washing up as I go along :D grated the cheese put on my sweetcorn...I know I know but I like it on my omelette:facepalm:browned the top under the grill ;) put the finished product on my plate went to the fridge to get some nice cold water :yes: looked and I couldn't figure out what the cheese grater was doing in the fridge :think:......fished the cheese out of the soapy washing up water:wall: dried it off and put it back in the fridge :thumb: hope the wife wont want any cheese tonight :whistling: :innocent:
