Post a picture of the meal infront of you!

Aye thats not bland mate, my lunch everyday for the last 2 years ive had to pretty much force down though! Cold chicken and rice sucks ass .. What meals are tasty cold?

Cold chicken is the blandest going. Not sure how you season it but using lemon and tyme (sp) let the chicken marinade over night, sear each side of the breast (1 minute on full blast heat) wack it on a tray, drizzle olive oil over, put foil over the top and pop it in the oven.

Thats the only way I can eat chicken breasts cold, tastes like BBQ chicken, only moist as the foil kept the juices in.

3 bacon on bread
baby tomatoes
large omelette
2 almond slices

i foresee a 20 page heated debate on the optimum cooking time for bacon now, and outright argument over the point where a rasher transgresses from "cooked" to "burnt"

:lol:

I was going to post a pic of my meal, but no one really wants to see chips and cornish pasty so gave it a miss lol

@RS Cheats are welcome!

Damn right, Jstar's bacon looked like it had just been sliced off a pig that had been sunbathing for 10 minutes. The fat should be crispy! If that means burnt, so be it.

Not a cheat

Thats a clean meal for me these days; the chips were done in the oven, not deep fried :D

its only cooked in spray oil so the fat dont really cook the same as cooking in real oil .
