Hi guys been a while, I’m looking to get back into lifting weights (when lockdown is over).. does anyone know of any good powerlifting routines or methods?
Something I can read and learn about as all the gyms are closed at the minute.

thanks

Build your own.

DL and accessories.
SQ and accessories.
BP/OHP and accessories.

I'd have BOR, CGBP, ham curls, bicep curls and other stuff in there.

How many days do you work out a week? How many sets do you usually do?

Do a 12 week peaking routine or whatever you fancy.

Madcow is a good one too...

powerlifting is about being strong and lifting a weight from a to b... dependent on experience you dont need a load of accessory work... I often felt like I wasnt doing enough when starting out on 5x5 style training but if you do it right its pretty tough...

3/4 times a week, I want something to work upto then deload.. want to try and train efficient as I can, I did join a CrossFit gym to do Olympic lifting but that’s only twice a week and is over £50 a month for a membership. So I just want to go back to a gym closer to home and get into powerlifting can do a little bit of conditioning there too

Lilliebridge routine was always great for me

Hit a PB everytime

Might have to go back to it when I get back on the sauce
